The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test plays an important role for those who wish to seek a career in medicine. Through the NEET scores candidates can get admission in the MBBS and BDS Courses offered by a plethora of Medical and Dental Colleges in India.

NEET 2018 Exam Centres are the venues, where entrance test will be held. The Exam will be organized by CBSE at 2255 Centres in 136 different cities across India.

This year, some new examination cities have been added by Central Board of Secondary Education in the list of NEET Exam Centres for the convenience of Rural Area Students, Government has also established some NEET Centres in Rural Areas of District Level.

Important Points to Keep in Mind!

Knowing about the NEET 2018 Exam Centres will help candidates greatly, since they will have a clear idea where they can appear for the examination. Some guidelines are provided below about NEET Entrance Exam Centres allotment procedure.

At the time of NEET Application Form, candidates have three choices to select the exam Cities as per their conveniences.
The exam is conducted at one or more centre in a city.

The allotment of NEET Exam Centres 2018 will be made by computer and no human intervention will be there.

The candidates must note that once the centre of NEET 2018 is allotted to the aspirants by CBSE, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. However, in case of less no. of candidates in a centre, only the authority has right to allot a different centre of NEET 2018.

The authority of exam allots NEET centre in one of the location selected by the candidate, but in some cases CBSE reserves its discretion to allot a NEET 2018 Centre other than the candidate’s choice.

The exam will be conducted on 6th May 2018.

Timing: – 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM

Do not forget to carry the NEET Admit Card as it is essential for verification purpose.

To facilitate many candidates, CBSE will conduct NEET 2018 in almost every State and Union Territory of India.

The centre cannot be changed after the final date of application.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is conducted in 11 languages. Candidates who wish to give this exam in the vernacular language, they must select the choices available for them according to the medium of the paper.

NEET 2018 Exam Centres – Important Guidelines!

  • The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9.30 A.M. in Session – 1 & after 3.15 P.M. in Session – 2.
  • Candidates must note that late entry to the examination premises is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • The candidates must carry admit card along with them otherwise they will not be permitted to enter in the NEET 2018 Centre.
  • The candidates are allowed to take only admit card, photographs and ID Proof along with them in the exam hall.
  • A specific seat and roll number will be assigned to each candidate If a candidate is found to write the exam other than the allocated seat, then his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
  • No stationary is allowed in the centre. Stationary and other required things will be provided by the authority in the exam hall.
