NEET weapon has been nullified!; Drop the trend of unnecessary confrontation with the governor!!

A resolution on the cancellation of NEET examination passed by the DMK government in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly has been sent back to the Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, the Hon’ble Governor’s House said in a press release today. Dravidian stocks, who call themselves social justice horns and defenders of democracy, do not know why they did not open their mouths about the bill, which was sent back by the governor on the 1st of February.

If there was any transparency in the DMK, they should have informed the people of Tamil Nadu on the same day about the NEET bill which was sent back by the Hon’ble Governor. Why are these 24-hour-long talks of the legislature in the House of Representatives, embarrassed to speak out about the governor’s reversal of the resolution passed in the legislature?

Even here the hon’ble governor has acted democratically. The Hon’ble Governor cannot urgently consider the promise made outside for political reasons and the resolution passed in the legislature following it. Due to that, he has taken a period of more than 5 months. He can be trusted to have given a detailed explanation for sending back the bill. However, the press release points out only two important reasons.

For one, as the rulers of today say, the NEET election did not come at any cost to social justice; On the contrary, he noted that poor, simple rural students have really benefited greatly, and secondly, the Supreme Court has already clarified and given judgment on the issue raised by Vellore Christian College on social justice.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. If they consider that all the resolutions passed in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly should be approved by the Hon’ble Governor and the President, then what is the fate of the resolution passed in the same Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly in 1974 regarding state autonomy during their rule? They need to clarify what they have been trying to accomplish in the last 47 years.

They have not made any achievements in the last 9 months of their rule. All the promises made are simply lies, inversions and deceptions. Even the 21 items given during this year’s Pongal after coming to power they could not digest that the message spread to the people of the country that it was their biggest corruption.

For the past two or three days, they have been chanting slogans in Tamil Nadu and in the Indian Parliament in an attempt to cover up the irregularities in the distribution of Pongal items and to somehow turn their inability on the Hon’ble Governor and the Central Government to seize key positions in the upcoming urban local elections.

In the vast country of India, despite realising the limits of the jurisdiction of a state government, it is not fair for a political party to continue to focus on NEET elections. Henceforth, the DMK must fully acknowledge its disability and bring about new changes in the Tamil Nadu curriculum; Students also need to be prepared to face it. They say more than 30 students have already lost their lives because of the eyewash put forward by the DMK.

They are not afraid to commit any sin for political gain. But, returning something that is unlikely to take place is poor. It is a great crime to propagate and mislead the common people. The same is true again if the same bill, sent back by the Governor, is passed and a new resolution is passed. NEET exemption for Tamil Nadu is an impossible task; That’s it.

The Governor is the representative of the Constitution of India. No judges are elected by ballot. Judges are appointed only on the basis of a number of factors. Whether it is the High Court or the Supreme Court. Even the legislatures and parliaments elected by the people are governed by the orders and judgments of the judges appointed by the hon’ble governors and the president. The state government is formed by a popular vote. The Hon’ble Governor is appointed by the President who is the constitutional head of the Republic of India.

There may be differences while sitting in important positions. But the Constitution of India gives power to the Governor and the State Government. Now, the welfare of 8 crore people of Tamil Nadu must be protected. While the course of the conflict with the hon’ble governor may not be obvious, it may completely paralyse the state apparatus. The actions of all the officials, ministers and the Chief Minister are now jammed like a cartwheel without grease.

It is only 9 months since Stalin came to power; yet, the people have not given full recognition to this regime. Within that he seems to be stretching his leg wider than manageable. He should not be intoxicated being the Chief Minister to accept words that some discrete elements can post on WhatsApp and Facebook. Government is different, the party is different; he could have said whatever he wanted when he was in the opposition. But now it is impossible. Stalin can only function within the limits of the law.

Stalin, your NEET weapon is no longer effective!

Drop the trend of unnecessary confrontation with the governor!!

Focus on staying in power for the remaining 4 years without any more gimmicks!

BE WARNED!!
