On 29th Jan 2022, DMK mouthpiece ‘Murasoli’ critiqued TN Governor R.N. Ravi in an article under the popular pseudonym “Silanthi” meaning “Spider”. For that, a counter statement published by Puthiya Tamilagam Party chief Dr. K. Krishnasamy as, ‘Do not forget the dissolution of the earlier regime, it may happen again!’, he states.
Defamation campaign against the governor will endanger the regime! The ‘DMK’ nuisance need not resume again. The danger of Article 356 is hanging over the neck.
The DK and Justice Party, whichever of the two the DMK refers to as its parent party, neither of them believes in India’s independence or the Republic of India. Rather they are those who welcomed all the slave laws introduced by the British government against Indian independence; In fact, they are the ones who saluted these laws. The English could only strengthen themselves if they were abominable; not only those who thought they could be enriched. They belong to the enriched aristocratic class.
Those who participated in the forums set up by the British during the freedom struggle all over India and set up their own comfortable life. Formed as the offspring of the Justice Party and the Dravidar Kazhagam, the DMK, from its inception, only sowed separatist thoughts among the people and built a separatist movement against the national mainstream. The influential cinematic passions that emerged in the 1950s were greatly used by them to expand their movement.
They were the ones who drove the horse into the gallows when the Dravidian nation heard the unanimous voice of joy throughout the Indian nation saying, “Let us dance, let us sing, let us attain blissful freedom.” Progressive, anti-Aryan, atheistic are all involved in fraud and deception.
During the Indo-China War of 1962, the Dravidian Nation; These are the heroic soldiers who abandoned the demand and went to raise funds. During the declaration of the state of emergency by Mother Indira Gandhi in 1976, those who had been languishing in Tamil Nadu jails for almost a year and a half were left to fend for themselves after being verbally abused for saying, “We are bringing not only a twenty-point plan, but also a twenty-one point plan for the rehabilitation of widows.” Those who did nothing for the LTTE in 1989-91 uttered the brave verse and were overthrown.
When the British set foot in India they strengthened the three port areas of Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai in order to expand their trade. As the famine in Chennai expanded, the Chennai High Court building, Chennai and Stanley Medical Colleges, Chennai Railway Stations, Velan University, major bridges, roads, ports and connecting roads across Tamil Nadu were built during the British period. After that, most of the dams were built during Congress rule; school and colleges and public works buildings were also developed. Therefore, the DMK has been talking about ‘Dravidian Jump’, sitting on a strong base structure built by many in Tamil Nadu for almost 300 years. They have nothing to do with the development of Tamil Nadu!
These Dravidian crows did not shed a drop of sweat or blood for the liberation of India or the drafting of the Indian Constitution for the millions of people living in India. They are those who just spoke heroically on the podium and seized power through the weakness of Congress. They are basically power-hungry and arrogant. Where is the democratic dignity? It has never been with them at all.
The governorship becomes an easy target for them from time to time, as if to say, ‘a downtrodden person gathers no respect’, without even knowing the basic tenets of the Indian Constitution. What are the powers of the Governor? It is well known to them, but even after two or three times, they do not come to their senses. Even legal experts do not seem to be guiding them properly. Does the regime dwell on those who are intoxicated, as I have said many times? It seems very probable!
I hope that those who can become ministers will be eligible to contest elections only if they have mastered the basic tenets of the Indian Constitution, and only then will these semi-anarchist positions be abolished.
His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu RN Ravi has not even completed four or five months in charge of Tamil Nadu. And, within that they have the audacity to deal with the course of the conflict with him. Tamil Nadu is not a family inheritance of the DMK. Everyone living in Tamil Nadu has a share in the governance of Tamil Nadu. Those who voted have a share and those in office have a role. The Government is ‘Of the people, by the people and for the people’. We have 20-25 people sitting because not all the voters in Tamil Nadu can sit on the throne. If they come up with something out of the ordinary, then they have to re-think their position.
In the run-up to the election, they will be making promises in droves to plunder billions for their ambitions. When making a promise, “After winning and going to the legislature, we will pass the resolution; the resolution will be immediately signed by the Governor, who sits at the apex of the ruling power; he will send it to the President of India like a postman as soon as they say it.” Did the President immediately issue an order to Muthuvel Karunanidhi’s son and tell the people from town to town that he would immediately issue an order after stamping and sending? Did they vote like this? What madness? What arrogance is it?
What good qualities do DMK workers want to convey to the people of India and the people of Tamil Nadu? The incumbent Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri RN Ravi, will not be the scapegoat of any governor in India; There is no history that exists. The ‘Dravidian intellectuals’ should read the Constitution of India a little. It should first be noted that the Governor of the States of India has powers not vested in the President of India. Even if a declaration of a state of emergency is declared in India, the declaration of a state of emergency can only be implemented by the President if recommended by the Union Cabinet. But the governor does not need the approval of the state government to dissolve a state government. Law and order is indeed deteriorating in Tamil Nadu; this regime can only be dissolved if the Tamil Nadu legislature puts forward some strong evidence that it is sowing the seeds of separatist thinking that is away from the main tenets of the Indian Constitution. The DMK seems to be preparing itself for its exaggerated arrogance. Even if the central government does not show any initiative in this regard, they will not be able to rule fully for 5 years. Who is there in front of us? They seem determined that we will break our heads ourselves by banging with them.
No law defines the Governor as having to accept all resolutions that can be passed in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. So many laws have been passed in Tamil Nadu so far. Are all those laws even in the trash? Even you cannot answer. The state government is an integral part of the Indian Constitution. The governor is the one who can administer this state. Ministers will be the advisory body to govern this state. No governor will interfere too much in the functioning of an elected cabinet as long as everything is done fairly, legally and on a somewhat moral basis. The Cabinet cannot order the Governor except to act on the advice of the Governor. But governors can command ministers. These are the basic features of the Constitution of India.
Shri Banwarilal Purohit was deceived in the first Governor’s speech against the sovereignty of India without using the word ‘India’ with the intention of separation and inadvertently reduced the country to the extent that it should be called the ‘Union Government’ of India. The word ‘Jai Hind’, which signified the victory of the Indian nation, was removed. However, His Excellency Governor RN Ravi, who was vigilant, did not use the word “Union Government” anywhere in his speech.
Somehow during this period of rule the Dravidian stock’s intention to completely destroy the pride of the Tamil language, Tamil race and Tamil soil and to paint it with ‘Dravidian dye’ is not being fulfilled and now they are targeting, pouncing and scratching at the Governor. The criticism that the governor has been unnecessarily subjected to in the ‘Murasoli’ newspaper is a violation of democracy; its simply arrogance and anarchism of DMK.
The IAS, IPS, can be called all-India civil services; All India level examinations are conducted for reputed educational institutes including IITs, IIMs. In turn, the National Medical Council of India, under the guidance of the Supreme Court, introduced the ‘NEET Exam’, which selects all public and private colleges and universities through a single examination without any discrimination. Even the so-called backward states are adopting the NEET system and changing the state curriculum to prepare their students accordingly. There are no problems all over India. But in Tamil Nadu alone, these Dravidian stocks and their allied parties have been waging political campaigns as if it were like the popular saying ‘my rabbit has three legs’ and are now pressurising the governor to pass a resolution in the Tamil Nadu assembly.
Before the 2019 and 2021 elections, they went on to fool the townsfolk, made false promises, won votes and came to power. Which governor will put up with the DMK’s hypocrisy; They have studied law more than them. Only those who feel justified are sitting in that position. A political party will make a thousand promises during election time. Will the governor accomplish everything? Already, when a law of the federal government is passed and is in force in the state legislature, it is well known that if a law is passed in the state legislature, the law is worth nothing. Then where is the need for the governor to jump on the bandwagon? If the governor does not listen to what they say, they will complain to the Home Minister. The governor will be asked to resign; They will say the governor should be removed. If they do not get along, they blow their trumpets in their mouthpiece Murasoli.
The governor has made two points in a recent speech. That is his right. Subject to his jurisdiction. Students in Tamil Nadu are already benefiting from the NEET exam. Students have begun to adopt NEET’s requirements. What is wrong with pointing out that a few existing shortcomings have been rectified by the allocation for public school students? Unable to tolerate even these advances, they feel that they have not been able to do it themselves and that the ghost of someone else making a name for themselves is causing them heartburns.
The same goes for the trilingual program. While there are opportunities to learn a language other than the mother tongue and English in all the states of India, the stone-hearted DMK is tightening the noose on the rights of millions of Tamil students in the name of a bilingual program. According to the New Education Policy of 2020, it is not compulsory to study this language. In addition, there is only one language to read. It may be any Indian language; it may also be German; Why are they angry about this? Why should they be an obstacle for students to learn an additional language in order to make their lives brighter. These are the things that Governor RN Ravi has said about the benefits of their trilingual program. Do they not have the right to govern as Stalin did? You may ask from which sky did the governor jump; I ask from which sky did Stalin jump?
The governor is the largest element of the constitution. He is also the chairman of the state legislature; He is also the chairman of the court. His chief duty is to monitor whether a state government is functioning in accordance with the guidelines of the Constitution of India. In that sense, it is possible to seize the opportunity to sit on the throne for 5 years and only rule by law. Do not deceive the people of Tamil Nadu by saying something helpful. “Kokkenru ninittayo konganava” No, never, DMK! The governor would never have thought of you as a ‘crane’. He thinks of you as a fish. The crane is the governor who searches until the fish is comfortably trapped in the mouth, in accordance with the ‘crane will wither the fish’. Just do not forget that there is a hook of ‘Article 356’ hanging above your head. The Governor is the official President of the Constitution of India. He is the protector of 8 crore Tamil people.
Keep in mind what happened on the same day in 1976! Otherwise, your days will be numbered !! Stop criticising the governor unnecessarily !!
