It is too damn easy to be the Chief of Army Staff in Pakistan. Particularly, in times of an armed conflict. There is no pressure on the Armed Forces. In any case, Pak government itself is indebted to the Army for its installation. Pak Army runs the State. It is a constitutional monstrosity. But a reality in Pakistan. Pakistan has no separate deep State. It’s army is the institutionalized deep state.
Why is it easy to be the chief of Army in Pakistan? It is easy because the Army is not under any stress to WIN the conflict. It does not need to. For, it wins the conflict Orally even before, during and after the conflict. It is amazing that it’s Government falls in line and ‘basks’ in the win.
It is shameless. But, a fact. Three representatives representing the three forces give a Presser with fake videos, including from Video Games. They go on Live television to claim to have drowned out Jets, hit our Airbases, demolished our Air Defence systems and totally disabled the runways et al.
While denial of our claims (despite proof- internationally fact checked and authenticated) may be par for the course, what clinches it for the Pak Army lies in its utter shamelessness to peddle white lies to claim a victory. One is astounded that supposedly responsible army personnel can do this with straight faces.
Obviously, their government is unlikely to be in cross hairs. Because it suits their agenda too that Pakistan tripped India and caused untold losses. When their defence minister is confronted to prove claims of downing Indian jets, he points to social media videos as proof. How shameless can you get?
It suits India. Pakistan is a defeated State. It is in constant denial. Truth does not matter. It thrives in falsehood and perfidy. Pakistan crushed OP Sindoor, Orally. It hardly mattered that India hit 9 of their Terror camps and 11 of their Airbases.
They simply acknowledged the hit. A small
merciful concession. But, denied any damage. ‘India failed to cause any losses’. 100 plus terrorists killed were ‘civilians’. Losses of their Jets and a few Pilots were denied as ‘not true’. The trick lay not in denials. It went beyond to claim success.
The tragedy for Pakistani people is that their Army and Political government are in cohorts in this conspiracy. Pakistani people have to swallow pride and consume this nonsense lest they are seen to be unpatriotic. But they know. They can’t but know the truth. It seeps through their body language and utterances.
The ultimate inference is : It is too damn easy to be at the helm of Armed Forces in Pakistan. You get to enjoy all the privileges and more. And in the event of armed conflicts, you are handed out a win ‘orally’ and they don’t need to sweat it out at all. They ‘win’ anyway. So, why bother fighting.
India is safe not because our Arned Firces are sound, strong and professional. They are that undeniably. We are safer because Pakistan Army is weak, inefficient and downright liars. We don’t mind ‘losing’ as in OPSndoor. Let Pakistan continue to win Orally. We are comfortable with winning in air, sea and land with irrefutable proof.
So long as Pakistani people allow their Army and Government to get away with such OralVictories,, we in India have nothing to fear. Pakistani Army will ever ensure the safety and security of us Indians as We the People!
