நாட்டின் பிரதமர் மோடி, உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித் ஷா ஆகியோரின் சோலியை முடித்துவிடாமல் இன்னும் வைத்திருக்கிறீர்களே! பாய்மார் அந்த வேலையைப் பார்த்திருப்பாங்கன்னு நினைச்சேன் இன்னும் முடிக்காம இருக்கீங்க என்று, தனது ஆழ் மனத்தின் வக்கிர நிலையை வெளிப்படுத்தி, கொலை செய்யுமாறு கட்டளை இட்ட காங்கிரஸ் பிரமுகர் நெல்லை கண்ணனுக்கு எதிராக புகார் மனுக்களை பலரும் போலீஸில் அளித்து வருகின்றனர்.

மோடிமேல் சர்ச்சை இருக்கலாம் அதற்காக பிரதமரை அவன் இவன் என்பதும், இஸ்லாமிய மக்களை நோக்கி அவனை ஏன் இன்னும் கொல்லவில்லை என்பதும் நெல்லை கண்ணன் தீவிரவாதியாகிவிட்டாரா இல்லை மனநலம் பாதிக்கபட்டுவிட்டாரா எனும் ஐயபாட்டுக்கு உரியவை.

இந்தப் பேச்சு குறித்த வீடியோ வைரலானதும், ஹெச்.ராஜா உடனே செயலில் இறங்கி விட்டார். கட்சி மேலிடத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்டு தகவலை தெரிவித்து விட்டார். சற்று நேரத்தில் பத்திரிகையாளர்களிடம் அடுத்த கட்ட நடவடிக்கை குறித்து பேசவுள்ளார் என்றும், இவரது பேச்சின் பின்னணி குறித்தும், ஏற்பாடு செய்த எஸ்டிபிஐ., கட்சி, மேடையில் இருந்தவர்கள், வேல்முருகன் உள்ளிட்ட பிரிவினைவாத அரசியல்கட்சியினர் ஆகியோர் குறித்து என்.ஐ.ஏ., விசாரணைக்கு கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது என்றும் கூறுகின்றனர் பாஜக.,வினர்.

பிரதமர் மற்றும் உள்துறை அமைச்சரை கொலை செய்ய தூண்டும் நெல்லை கண்ணனை கைது செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க கோரும் என் புகார் மற்றும் காவல் துறையின் ஒப்புகை.

This complaint is against one Mr. Nellai Kannan, who spoke in an event organised by the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019, conducted in Tirunelveli District.

Mr. Nellai Kannan, who had spoken in the event, for more than half an hour, has resorted to a language which is not only uncivil in nature, but also abusive.

First of all, he openly and derogatorily abuses various political leaders of the country which does not amount to a decent criticism. Importantly, he calls out the name of the Prime Minister and Home Minister of the Country, and says that he is shocked as to why Muslims have not yet killed the Prime Minister and Home Minister, and says he hopes that one Muslim kills them. This is an open threat to the life of the Ministers, and amounts to Criminal Intimidation under Section 506 read with Section 502 of the Indian Penal Code. Further this also amounts to Abetment to Murder a person, which is punishable under Section 107 read with Section 116 of the IPC.

His entire speech is nothing but one to incite hatred and enmity between the religious groups of Hindus and Muslims, and the speech is one which is prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony. He abuses many castes in his speech and calls people belonging to a particular community as ‘dogs’. This is an offence against public tranquility which is further punishable under Section 153A, Section 504 and Section 505 of the Indian Penal Code, as it promotes enmity between two groups of different religion and different castes. Further, this is an attempt to incite violence which is pre-judicial to the maintanence of public peace.
