Filmmaker Venkat Prabhu and actor Simbu might join hands for the reboot of Tamil actioner “Billa”. The film was earlier twice made with superstar Rajinikanth and Ajith Kumar. “Billa” was the Tamil remake of Amitabh Bachchan-starrer “Don”.
